Polyurethane Coatings (PU)

Its disadvantages: 1: poorer than NC lacquer. 2: Fullness, hardness worse than PE paint.

Common process: 1, PU bottom, PU surface: the most common process. 2: PE bottom, PU surface: showing high fullness, strong anti-sag, suitable for high-end furniture production. 3: PU bottom, NC surface: There is a good fullness and quick construction. 4: UV bottom, PU surface: The most promising process, high efficiency, excellent product quality. 5: PU bottom, W side: There is a certain degree of fullness, there is a strong environmental protection.

UV Curing Coating (UV)

Its advantages: 1: It is one of the most environmentally friendly paints. 2: The solid content is extremely high. 3: Good hardness and high transparency. 4: Excellent yellowing resistance. 5: The activation period, high efficiency, low coating cost (normally half of the conventional coating cost) is dozens of times the conventional coating efficiency.

Its disadvantages: 1: requires a large investment in equipment. L2: There must be a sufficient supply of goods to meet its production needs. Continuous production can reflect its efficiency and cost control. 3: The effect of the roller coating topcoat is slightly worse than that of the PU topcoat product. 4: The roller coating product requires the coated part to be flat.

Common process: 1: UV bottom, UV surface. 2: UV bottom, PU surface (the most widely used).

Water-based adhesive paint (W)

Its advantages: 1: It is one of the most environmentally friendly paints. 2: The construction is extremely convenient. 3: Fast drying time and high construction efficiency. 4: The activation period is longer. 5: After the film is dry, there is no odor.

Its shortcomings: 1: The paint film is relatively thin, fullness is not enough. 2: Hardness is not high.

Common process: 1: water-based, water-based surface. 2: PU bottom, water surface. ,
